Getting around in Singapore is very easy, safe, and convenience. Mass Rapid Transit train system (MRT) is accessible island wide as well as Singapore Bus Service (SBS) and Light Rapid Transit (LRT).

 

Fare is payable by Ez-Link card which you can purchase at any bus station and/or interchange for only SGD$15 each. Once you have them, you can use it for both MRT/LRT and Bus, McDonalds, Kopitiams (food courts), and many more. Just tap on the reader when you enter MRT/LRT station and tap again when you exit, same method when you need to travel by bus too.

 

Simply top up its value once its running low or you may purchase another one and keep the old one for collection as they come in different motif and pictures.

 

Every MRT/LRT station display route and fares. It shows you which route you should go, indicated by arrow sign next to each tracks.

 

If time is a factor, you can always hail a taxi to get around Singapore. Most of the taxi drivers are very knowledgeable and will be able to answer some of your queries. Visa/MasterCard can be used to pay for your fare onboard most taxis, but it comes with a 10% surcharge on the fare.

Its advisable if you check with the driver before boarding to ensure he accepts Visa/MasterCard.

Most of the schools have bus service which will pick you up at a pick-up point near to your residence. This transport fee is not included in the school fee. Payment to the bus driver or person in charge directly. We will assist you in the arrangement of this matter.
